Plot
Jung Da-Jung (played by Kim Ha-Neul) is married to 37-year-old Hong Dae-Young (played by Yoon Sang-Hyun). 18 Again They have 18-year-old twins, a son, and a daughter. Jung Da-Jung, who works hard as a rookie announcer and has a warm heart, becomes completely fed up with her husband and can no longer deal with him. Hong Dae-Young, who has been fired from his job, is looked down upon by his family. As a result, Jung Da-Jung hands him divorce papers.
Feeling regretful and viewing himself as an ordinary, jobless middle-aged man, Hong Dae-Young experiences a miraculous transformation. His body changes into that of an 18-year-old, while his mind remains that of his 37-year-old self. In his teenage years, Hong Dae-Young (played by Lee Do-Hyun) was an excellent basketball player and popular among his peers. Now, with his regained youthful body, he changes his name to Ko Woo-Young and begins to live a new life.
