Plot of An no Koto (2024)
An no Koto (2024) – An (Yuumi Kawai) was born into and raised by a dysfunctional family. She suffered abuse at the hands of her own family and became addicted to drugs. She finds hope by meeting warm-hearted people, such as a detective and a magazine journalist. She is deeply moved by their unconditional kindness. Gradually, An begins to open her heart to them. However, just as she starts to see a glimmer of hope in her life, the harsh and brutal reality of her situation strikes her once more.
