Plot
119: Emergency Call – In Yokohama, Yuki Kasuhara (Nana Seino) worked at a bank. Following an incident, she decided to take the firefighter recruitment exam, passed, and worked in that role for two years. Later, she was transferred to the center, a position she had long aspired to.
In her childhood, her house caught fire, and she called 119 for help. The voice of the operator who answered brought her immense relief, inspiring her to become a operator herself.
Yuki Kasuhara has a bright personality and is someone who quickly acts on her thoughts. With sharp focus and excellent observational skills, she ensures she doesn’t miss even the smallest details during emergency calls. On her days off, she visits accident scenes to follow up on the situations she handled, although this sometimes causes friction within the fire department.
Despite occasional conflicts, Yuki Kasuhara and her colleagues strive to save lives, tackling each high-pressure situation with dedication and determination.
