Plot of Good Partner: Deceptive Trust (Kdrama) 2024
Cha Eun-Kyeong (Jang Na-Ra) is a veteran star lawyer with 17 years of experience at Law Firm Daejung, specializing in divorce law Good Partner. While adeptly handling her clients’ divorce cases, she soon faces a crisis in her own marriage, potentially leading to her own divorce. At the firm, she works alongside rookie lawyer Han Yoo-Ri (Nam Ji-Hyun). The two are opposites: Han Yoo-Ri has a strong sense of justice and doesn’t tolerate injustice, whereas Cha Eun-Kyeong prioritizes the interests of the law firm and her clients above all else.
Their differing values and experiences lead to constant disagreements. Despite their conflicts, both lawyers experience significant changes in their lives as they navigate their professional and personal challenges. They also collaborate with their colleagues, lawyer Jung Woo-Jin (Kim Joon-Han) and lawyer Jeon Eun-Ho (Pyo Ji-Hoon), at Law Firm Daejung, adding further dynamics to their professional environment.
