Plot
Jang Bong-Hwan is a contemporary chef working at the President’s Blue House, known for his free spirit Mr. Queen. Unexpectedly, his spirit is transported into the body of Queen Kim So-Yong (Shin Hae-Sun) during the Joseon period.
In this historical era, King Cheoljong (Kim Jung-Hyun) appears to be a gentle and easygoing figurehead, but he harbors hidden strengths and secrets. The real power lies with Queen Sunwon (Bae Jong-Ok), the widow of the late King Sunjo, who manipulates the throne and keeps King Cheoljong as a mere puppet. Adding to the intrigue is Kim Jwa-Geun (Kim Tae-Woo), Queen Sunwon’s younger brother, whose ambition knows no bounds.
