Plot
Kang Ki-Beom (Choi Jin-Hyuk) is an elite detective currently investigating the criminal organization Argos Rugal. One day, when he returns home, he finds several masked men waiting for him. These men, sent by Argos, murder his wife, beat him severely, and gouge out both of his eyeballs. When Kang Ki-Beom wakes up in the hospital, he discovers he is being accused of murder.
The National Intelligence Service (NIS) then approaches Kang Ki-Beom with a proposition. He is chosen to join, a special team organized by the NIS. Through advanced biotechnology, he is given two artificial eyeballs with special abilities. Armed with these enhancements, Kang Ki-Beom and the Rugal team embark on a mission to dismantle criminal organizations and seek justice for his personal tragedy.
